Thanks guys. Chris has been keeping in touch with me everyday since last friday. He's going to call me again today. Chris told me last night that things are looking good in my favor. So...we'll see. Im anxious to talk with him tonight.

Originally, once I called F1 and told them I got the wrong set, Aun was tring to convince me to keep them. Then Aun told me to try and sell them myself because he didnt want to take them back. Well, I didnt. One month goes by and HRS finally had the orginal set picked up. Aun kept saying that the +5 front & rear offset is too aggressive and that it would be very hard to sell those off. He didnt want to be stuck with them. Again, how is that my problem?? I got the original set in 3-4 weeks time. Ordered them early october, got them in november. Not until the last couple weeks did I start getting pissed cause it was taking so damn long! Aun has been giving me the run-around ever since.

Its sad to hear of how F1 is dealing with the situation, However i'm glad thatChris is doing anything he can to help you out. I know that when i was ordering my Volks, it was one of the smoothest transactions i ever had. He kept me updated, and sent out a couple of emails to make sure everything went smooth..

Good luck..

Default Props to Chris!

Chris pulled thru for me!! You're NOT going to believe what he ended up doing. Chris has been keeping in contact with me every night this week. Last night, Chris calls me and tells me Im good to go & all is settled. I asked him what he ended up working out with HRS.

Chris ended up putting the "correct" set on his personal Credit card!! WTF! are you serious! If thats not customer service, I dont know what is.

If we go back a little, earlier I said that the original set has been bought & paid for by all parties. HRS was holding F1 accountable for paying for the new set (correct set) and that Aun was NOT willing to come out of pocket for the wheels. His case was that it wasnt F1's fault the wheels came in wrong and I was caught up right in the middle of that shyt.

So....Chris took it upon himself to pay the debt to HRS inorder to take care of his customer. [me]. Aun didnt want to do it. Why did it work out that way, I have no clue. Maybe it was indeed F1 who messed up the order. He promised he would get me my wheels and he by far exceed my expectations. He said he had to do what he had to do to get me my wheels!!! Chris is not the owner, nor does he even work there but he took it upon himself to take care of me. I dont know of ANYONE is this world that would do what he did. Now, thats some ***** effin' customer service right there!!

My wheels should arrive the first of second week of March. I cant thank Chris enough for what he did. One thing he did ask of me is to let everyone know that he is out to satisfy all his customers. This says alot of him as not only a business man but as an actual person himself. He's truly looking out for the customer. With that said, Chris is going to be working @ F1 until he recoops (sp.?) his money. They've got alot of inventory and he selling wheels @ super low prices. It wouldnt hurt to give him a shout-out if your in the market for some wheels. Speak to Chris and only Chris. Help him out if you could fellas.

I feel bad for him though. Im sure he got no support from Aun.

Wow! Glad to hear you're getting your wheels OP. Chris is the man!!! After hearing this story, if I was in the market for wheels, I would have definately hit up Chris. Sounds like a cool cat.

I say to leave this thread in the sticky to show everyone how much effort he puts into satisfying his customers and to also show how such a bad event can have such a good turn around from such a standup guy! Kudos to chris and congrats on getting your rims!

I've dealt with Aun in the past, he should sell used cars, he'll tell you anything you want to hear even though it's all B.S!

Glad it all worked out OP. Chris went well beyond his responsibilities.

I encourage you to try your best to resolve the issue with them directly, and if that is unsuccessful, speak to your local BBB.
So are they a sponsor or not.........

WTF? Chris, who is an employee of FI took care of you when the owner would not step up? How fcked up is that? I hope Chris can move to a more ethical employer. But you gotta applaud him.
