Hi everyone.

Hope this picture works.

havabooz,

Thanks for your comment, that was really cool. I dont get that sort of response down under. The only time I really got that sort of feedback, was when the car was first released and there were very few on the road (I got the silvia in one of the first batches).

To answer some of your questions, no there is no kit on the car. Only mods were the wheels, which got a lot of looks and really enhanced the look of the car (the picture does not do the wheels justice, they are almost made for this car - in fact I think from memory, the wheel manufacturer used a s15 on their brochures with these wheels).

I am not really sure why it didnt come to the states. Perhaps Nissan didnt think that it would sell well (perhaps one of the other guys on the forums knows). I just read a thread here about trying to legalize one into America, so you might want to do a search. I dont think that it is emissions, because what I have read our emissions regulations are stricter than yours.

Anyway, again thanks for your comments,

Zdster

Here is a pic. of the wheels that I had on the s15 (the picture really doesnt do them justice - need to see a 3D pic because one spoke pushes in while the other pushes out)

I suppose that you would call them 'bling' wouldn't you?

Anyway, I was thinking of putting those on the Z, but they were a bit small and I wanted something new.

I am now thinking of running the Z on wheels such as these.

Oh yeah, thought that I would add the wheels are from a manufacturer called ROH (made in South Australia I believe) and is a very well known brand Down under. (I dont think that there website is working at the moment)

"Its not the bling bling look that I am necessarily going for. (I hope that I understand the term bling bling because it is not a common term in Australia, or in my group of friends anyway)"

Americans and their slang words! Bloody *******! HAHAHAHA!
I watch MTV for my latest up to date slang, for shizzle my nizzle!

My neighbor has 20 inch Dronnels on his Lexus GS. Chrome looks better on big body luxury cars than they do on sports cars such as the 350z.

Make sure you get a wheel that has a fat rear lip. I like my wheels and I like my women with big lips. HAHAHA

Good luck on your search!

Thanks A_FIVE-O's_350Z for the claryfication
I think that I now have decided against the Dronell's. I agree with you that they do look better on bigger sedan type cars.

350Z-RED, your wheels look amazing. I really liked those wheels from the first time that I looked at them. In fact I think they look even better because of the colour of your car. The red really sets them off.

i think these are ok. good luck with your hoice!
Iris, does that mean that you think that they dont look all that good? It is very hard to read on the internet exactly what people are trying to say

Wheels are all personal preference. I don't judge unless people ask me to. I'm sure my taste doesn't appeal to everybody's. I'm looking to get 7 spokes myself. Axis or GT 7s, probably latter. Here is thackattk's Brick w/Axis.

I don't like those for a 350. Checkout Volk or Axis wheels. I have Axis Se7en Mods 19x8 235/35/19 front and 20x10 285/30/20 rear. You can see pics at my site.
