Awesome. I did 3 analyzes. The first taking the mean and standard deviation of ALL laps, second by dropping the slowest lap (the first one), and third by dropping both the slowest and fastest laps. Here are the results, all units in seconds:

1) All laps
..........................Average............Standard Deviation
Bridgestone............71.363...................1.624
Dunlop...................71.716...................2.250
Yoko......................71.447..................1.899
Toyo.....................72.841...................1.736

2) Dropping the starting lap
...........................Average...........Standard Deviation..Total time for these 14 laps
Bridgestone............70.950....................0.295...... .................993.297
Dunlop...................71.313...................1.685..... ...................998.388
Yoko.....................70.959....................0.196.... ...................993.429
Toyo.....................72.427....................0.698.... ..................1013.984

3) Dropping the starting and fastest laps
...........................Average............Standard Deviation....Total time for these 13 laps
Bridgestone............70.974....................0.293...... .................922.657
Dunlop...................71.372....................1.739.... ...................927.838
Yoko.....................70.981....................0.183.... ...................922.772
Toyo.....................72.514....................0.640.... ...................942.689

First thing to say is - damn these guys are good - look at those standard deviations! Second thing to say is that it appears the Bridgestone and Yokos are nearly-identical in performance, with the Dunlop following shortly after and the Toyo at a distinct disadvantage. The Dunlop driver had the fastest of all laps, but his inconsistencies and high average lap time pushed him back to third in stats (although second in the race).

Did you say Advan AD08 ???

When will we have these in the US?!?

AD07's are my favorite tires so far. I also can't wait to get the Bridgestone RE11s here.

Update... It looks like Bridgestone RE11 tires are available at tirerack.com (and other places, I'm sure). Who's gonna try them out? I plan to, within a few months.

Impressive, I'll plan on getting star spec for my front and later for the back as well. I just got goodyear eagle gt's on the back and they're ok but for the front I wanted something with a symmetrical tread design so I can swap sides after the stock camber takes it's toll. Also, I live in southern texas and will never need the snow section on the gt's. The video didn't work for me but can be found easily on you tube. IMO the car with star specs in the video was fastest but was unable to pass for first place. If he had gotten in first place I think he would've opened up a gap between himself and second place. Either way, a very impressive tire for the price and tread-wear.
