Default 235/55/18

Tire gurus,

i'm trying to put my car back to stock, so i can do a dealer trade in. I have my OEM touring 18" wheels, but they dont have tires. A buddy of mine has a pretty new set of 235/55/18 tires (all four) which are in almost new condition.

will these tires work on the OEM wheels? what cons am I facing if i use this tires size on all four wheels?

More than you ever want to hear about... Forget those tires. The size is so far wrong that they are literally absurd to use on your VDC-equipped car.
