Default Volk Wheels!

Hello,

New to the site and just had a quick question? I am looking at buying Volk SF-Challenge wheels 19x9.5 F and 19x10.5 R. I was wondering if anyone has/had these and what their thoughts were on them. Also, if you have any other wheel recommendations for my ride I will take them as well.

Thanks

Something with a fitment similar to this http://zilvia.net/f/wheels-tires/216...5x114-3-a.html or more aggressive for your widebody

i think you need some serious whels to fill those rear wheel wells. 20x12 with a 0 offset. would look dope.

you need something wide as hell. does volk make widths to match a widebody and be completely flush?

Kit looks good on your Z. Being on the islands brah it's a little more expensive to get things shipped. Keep an eye on this sites "marketplace", there's usually some broda wit da kine prices. Good luck!

Thanks everyone for all the input. The wheels that are on there now are stock. They are 17x7.5 F and 17x8 R. So I figured with the Volk Challenges I would be 2" wider in the front and 2.5" wider in the rear. I think I will be sitting pretty flush. I'm pretty sure 10.5 is the widest volk makes but i could be wrong. Here is a pic of the wheels though.

You need an aggressive offset to push those fat wheels out to your fenders.

I'm running a 10" +18 rear wheel and it's flush on the stock fenders.

I believe Volk makes 11" widths in some wheels, for some reason I am thinking of the RE30's. But if that's true, then the RE30's don't have much of a lip so might not be what you are looking for. As far as I know the SF-Challenges don't come any wider than 10.5", and in that width you're going to need a pretty low offset to get the wheels flush with the fenders. How low exactly, I don't know. But you can do some math and figure it out.

Stop focusing on just the wheel width and consider offsets! With a widebody, you're probably gonna wanna run something low and close to 0 maybe even a negative offset.

Here's a Z with the same kit and Volk wheels. Ask owner his offsets. You'll notice though, his wheels aren't as flush as some.

Hey guys thanks for everything. I have just a couple questions. Does having a super low offest take away from any traction? And what color do you think I should go with? haha.
Options are gold, rays metal coat (not sure what that looks like), spark silver and mercury silver. thanks again guys.

Traction shouldn't be affected by offset, I could be wrong though.

RMC is like a chrome type finish
