have you any idea on what happens to rims when you go to a road track and you use race pads like ferodo ds3000?
I don't need the car to hook up girls or to feel my wiener bigger. otherwise I wouldn't go to the track but drive a turbo 997 convertible to get some premium shallow blonde or asian.
honestly, who cares? function > form.

well man.. with this economy you can buy a 997 turbo convertible for less than 60K used a couple of years or 3...
and THAT is a chick magnet. even full stock.
the 350z is a beautiful car to drive, to modify, to have fun with...
but when you want a chick magnet porsche is on a completely different planet compared to nissan.
even if, at the end, being a poser with a porsche cost way less than track a sentra twice a month.

Anyone with the 332mm Stoptech BBK and these wheels be warned: You will have a hard time fitting a 275 tire on the front with a 17x9.5" wheel. I had to push my set to a net 17x9.5 +13 to clear the caliper, which led to the tire sticking out well beyond the fender. This was with a 275/40/17 V710 tire and 2.2 degrees of camber. Don't believe me? Well they're for sale, BNIB but mounted with tires for test-fit (tires removed now), for $850. They are 17x9.5 +38 offset because I wanted to use them on my 300ZXTT (no spacers) as well as the track 350 (with 20mm spacers to net a +18 offset), but they will not work with the BBK in the front.

why you don't simply put some more camber in the front? i was eating the shoulder of my street tires with 2 degrees (on the road course) ... I can't imagine you cannot use something around 3 or more with hoosiers. that will pull the top of the tire almost 3/4" inside.
A change from 2.2 to 3 degrees will pull them in 3/4"? That might make it close, although I measured the tire sticking out just over a full inch from the fender.

(but I also have 3mm less in offset)
*edit* i double checked i have exactly 3/4" of clearance between the tire wall and the fender... enough for 275/40 kumho xs.. but they have pretty rounded edges... with 15 offset you really might need a little more than 3 degrees.. or, 3 degrees and raise the front of the car (is gaining camber when the spring is compressed)
