Default for haters.. nismo on 17" enkei rpf1

17*9.5 +18 all around. 255/40 front, 275/40 rear....

here you go... 275 are going to fit in the front with no issue, no rubbing in the rear. ( I have 3 degrees of negative camber upfront for the track)

Looks good. I want a set of 17" RPF1s and I am glad to hear from you that 275 fit up front as I am looking for a square set up.

get camber arms.. I'm not sure 275 will fit with +18 offset.. at least.. to me looks damn close already. (I test fitted the rear wheels upfront).

than depends on how lower is your car.

ew...I say no! Negative gas mileage as your hitting up higher RPM's on freeway. Less rotation is nice as far as going from 19's to 18's but
17's is too extreme, I think it would ultimately effect track performance unless of course Nissan was just crazy for putting 20's on the GTR and 19's on the 370/Nismo. Eh! But that's just my personally opinion so don't get too butt hurt. Probably the reason Nissan only put 17's on the old base models and finally stepped up their game in 06 with the revups and all that jazz.

Great track set up, and yes the 275's fit up front no prob.

BTW if you look at the new Kumho XS tire , they have a nice 285/40 for the rear

The Nismo 380RS runs 17's up front. The Autotech Tsukada Z33 runs 17in TE37's all around. The Autobacs GT300/500 SuperGT cars run 17's. There is NOTHING wrong with 17's on a track car.

Looks great especially for a track setup. Why did you have to add the haters bit to the title for? lol

I think they look fine for track wheels/tires. Less rotational mass, better handling, etc. Tires cost cheaper too.

specs are rpf01 17*9.5 offset +18
yes, for the track will be great. I just need to raise the front about 3/8" and align again..

thanks guys...
about fuel economy.. I'm over 3K rpm at 80mph (checked with the gps)... I also had installed a 3.9FD. that is going to be bad... really bad but... I have a 360degrees smile, is rotating around the face like this

Very nice setup man, im thinking about running 275's in the front myself once my current tires are done with. What tires are you running on your car for track use?

I'll use this set of kumho XS to learn the track (TWS) and than I'll switch to nitto NT01 if I feel confident enough... otherwise another set of kumho XS.

I'll go there to have fun, there is nothing to win.
