Hey guys I just needed some opinions on these wheels. One of my friends has a new wheel line about to come out and he was telling me to put them on my car. The wheels are in the final stages of development and honestly I think they look sick. Im really considering these wheels but I wanted to get some opinions first. I will probably be getting them in 20x9 and 20x11 with nice size lips.

They have a double rolled step lip which looks even better in person...

i really like the machined look of the last one's......they would look great on a black z. You could also pull of the gold or black wheels but then you would look like everyone else, lol. How much will he be selling these for?

 

not feeling the cut quality of the wheel. both the quality of the cut and finish of the wheels look cheap to me. at least the lips are nice and shiny. overall design is very blah. something about center hub portion just lacks any creative and uniqueness, just seems very boring. if you want to live up to your screen name then i would pass on these.

 

Yea bro im seriously considering them..... I want to be different and I really like the double rolled lip. There pretty unique and thats what I like about them. There 3 piece forged wheels made with t6061 so its pretty durable. I dont know a price yet but when he gives me a price I will let you guys know asap.

Its probably just the way the pictures look. Ive been going to different shops here in miami and Ive been looking at Iforged, DPE wheels, and AVUS. To be honest I havent seen a double rolled lip like these and the quality of the cut and finish is probably the same if not better than any other wheels that I have seen. I was told there made from t6061 aluminum and stainless steel rivots and fasteners.

 

I too, love BBS wheels.

 

photos can be deceiving so take my opinions for what it is worth. the lips look great like i stated previously. thank god they are real multipiece wheels. fake multipiece wheels rub me the wrong way. if you like them, then rock them. just make sure they provide some decent offsets. post pics so we can check them out on a G.

 

Buying Volks would be not standing out. These are beautiful. BTW, who cares what I think or anyone else. If you like them, buy them & dont look back. If you want consensus, buy a white Honda accord or Toyota Camry, they are popular.

 

you could put a volk name on that wheel and i still wouldnt like them. i love some volk wheels but i hate- the following volks

GT-V, GT-P, Progressive, Most of the TA series, GT-N, GT-M, GT-AV, im sure im missing some.

Please dont make yourself look you're above buying popular wheels because they are popular. I hate people who do this. I buy a wheel because it fkn rocks my world and i love it not because a certain manufacturer makes it. i wouldnt be caught dead driving with any of those wheels listed above. No offense to current owners of those wheels.

Encourage the guy to buy what he likes, but do it without bagging on "popular" wheels or the people who buy them.

 

But they aren't Volks, are they?

I mean . . . nobody goes around putting the name "Volk" on non-Volk wheels . . . do they?
