Default Will these fit? i need serious help..

19 wheels front is 8.5 35offset rear is 9.5 20offset

Yes, but the front offset (35mm) is Terrible. Try looking for something say around the 20mm offset.

Fit is a functional question. If the wheels and tires run free without hitting the suspension or body, they fit. Fit like you would like is a preference question. I can answer the fit question, but not the fit as you would like question.

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

Rear is good, the front will need some spacers to sit nicely in the fenderwell
