^ Even when I was NA I'd get tire spin. Fatter tires are always functional.

heeey need some expert opinions over here.

i just ordered my wheels. those are the specs

Front 19x9.5 with 25 offset
Rear 19x10.5 with 22 offset

need the best tire setup. i was thinking 245/35/19 275/35/19 since no problems have been reported lol. i dont wanna go over 295 in the back so i appreciate anything from 275,285,295.. please give me full tire specs with the profile sizes also. i dont want stretched look so need a setup for those mean wide wheels.

so what do you guys think? i have an 07 350z with the vdc. need the best setup without traction problems. running stock suspension at this time. dont want spacers, i will roll the fenders if needed. thnx guys

Dang you look pretty low resauto with nice offsets and meaty tires. Anybody on here that's actually slammed with aggressive offsets/fat tires? Seems the only way is to run stretch and run massive amounts of camber..

Oh I never said you were lol. But I still see some actual fender gap. I don't get how you're running the setup without tearing your fenders apart from rubbing.

Just a thought, 255/35/19 = 661mm or 26" 285/35/19 = 683mm or 26" 9' that a difference of 3.3 % between the diameter of the wheels with tires, a possible issue with the VDC. 285/30/19 would be a better choice, its height is 655mm or 25" 8' that's only a .9% different from the front. I am running 265/35/19 front and 305/30/19 in the back stock susp. no rubbing. it will be dropped soon, and the fenders will have to be rolled. my ofset is +22 and i am thinking of getting +10 or +15 spacers up front.

What? I'm running 255/35/19 and 285/35/19 and it's perfectly fine with vdc. My friend is running 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 and he's the one with VDC issues.

When I put it in the calculator:

Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
225/45-18 4.0in 13.0in 26.0in 81.6in 777 0.0%
255/35-19 3.5in 13.0in 26.0in 81.8in 775 0.2%

Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
245/45-18 4.3in 13.3in 26.7in 83.8in 756 0.0%
285/35-19 3.9in 13.4in 26.9in 84.4in 751 0.6%

Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
245/45-18 4.3in 13.3in 26.7in 83.8in 756 0.0%
285/30-19 3.4in 12.9in 25.7in 80.8in 784 -3.6%

You are correct. On comparing those sizes to the oem fitment. The 285/35/19 is much closer diameter to oem wheels, than the 285/30/19. I was just comparing the 255/35/19 to the 285/35/19, that’s where the 3.3% difference was, and if that’s not an issue than great. And I also stated that “it might be a problem” unfortunately I am not running that set up so I could not comment on, if it will or will not have an effect on VDC 100%. Or F it, just go with 305’s this is the fat tire thread after all.:

Not hating nor dissing anyone's rides, but half of these setups belong in this thread: https://my350z.com/forum/media-share...ber-shots.html

The thread title states aggressive AND fat tires...meaning both

I think the bare minimum on a 10.5 would be 275 if you have the rightful excuse of being aggressive in terms of fitment [offsets, camber] to the point where you can't run them any fatter.

wheel offset is 20mm.. You had a good point, at the end I ended up getting 275/35/18 for the front and 295 in the rear. Thanks for the comment tho.

You might want to go back to the body shop and have that looked at..
I know what do you mean. But, I bought the car that way. Thanks for the call.. Saving some money to get the rear bumper fixed.

ghey body kit...? hmmmmmmmmmm. I personally kinda like your car, but others might not. I believe it is a matter of taste. Please act more mature and respect others taste. Are you a forum judge? The ones who attack with words and hate.. lol.. I guess someone attacked you with the stuff you liked previously... geez... you are annoying man... I know my car is not looking like other nice cars, but two things. Part of the stuff was done when I bought it(no my dad, momo, auntie, or a loan). and I'm not rich enough to have the luxury and afford all nice and perfect things. I'm a student man, my priority is school, food and housing. So no nice or expensive stuff for now. I guess you'd not understand that. Daddy and mom got all the stuff you asked i guess... Good for you...

Anyways thanks for the comment. My bad to make a mistake. Front and rear confusion.. happens man. But, man can you be that stupid..? front tires are bigger than the rear ones in the pictures. Are you blind? do you call that a fail? man... u are annoying... you can see that the rear is bigger than the front..No wonder so many users run away from the forums. lol... Me happy with my car.. no matter what.. it was my dream car and got it.

Ariel
