They should feel concerned about liability when people come in looking for a 225/xx/19 tire for their 350z...
Agreed!

Because in my case buying in store mounting and balancing is included at price and usually end up being cheaper than tire rack discount tire and discount tire direct.

My previously owned 2009 GT-R (OEM Style) Carbon Fiber Wheels by Carbon Dry Japan.
Front= 20x9.5 on 255/35R-20 Tires
Rear= 20x10.5 on 285/35R-20 Tires

Easier to see closer up.

I need to start removing the common 255 and narrower tires out of this thread again.

I concur, I think a 265 is still on the small side and a 285 on the rear is also kinda small

Not exactly aggressive but maybe it still qualifies. 19x9/10 +25, 275x30 & 295x30.

Very correct, but not to many people venture into anything bigger than a 255 front. 285 rear is pretty common , that why a wider front 265+ is needed to set them apart from common.

SR71.... Even though I know you are joking, it still irritates me...

Oh, I am officially going to a 315 when my rear tires wear out. I got my alignment much better. Had the car loaded down and didn't rub once, so lets slap some more tire in there and deal with this all over again!

295/35 R18 square. Nitto NT05 tires right now. Finding reasonably priced good tires for this that will stay planted but also last more than 7k miles is not fun, the Nittos are pretty well shot after one season.

Should roll with those specs, not worth the fender damage. Costly to repair, risk outweighs the cost. The fender distorts near the top where its very noticeable with just a few hits. All it takes is a hard dip or bump at the right speed to make it look like asz.

See I too think a 265 on a aggressive wheel should still be allowed, still a pretty wide front tire. Think I'll go 295 on my next set of rears.

Advised, thanQ sir.
My tire guy did a pretty hard run, but Z1 included that in their price.
(tips hat).
