Official Aggressive Wheels & Fat Tires Thread
Agree
, but remember he has pulled fenders and molded his rear bumper with his quarter panel..... And he destroyed nissans lines and tore up his fenders AND voided his warranty, LMAO Tobys car is up there next to op's , if he only posted more damn pics and stops teasing us! Lol
I don't get what u mean by the first line tho????
TRACK my A$$!!!!! lol , nothing against the track guys bc we do have some that ACTUALLY compete , but majority of the ppl that have posted in this thread DO iT FOR DA LOOK, true or not
Toby-22,
I am guilty of skimming through the posts, but is anyone really bashing the more aggressive wheels? Whether you (or I) like it.....this thread is all encompassing for larger tire applications at this point. Lets just realize that it is now more of a fat tire thread.

Once again to make myself clear,
If u track ur car then by all means go for function , bc that's what's going to win you events,
BUT
95% of US don't track... And dont BS urself , were doing it for the LOOK,
If u don't agree with me on the purpose of this thread then change the tittle or start another thread, and if anyone can get a hold of the original OP, I'd love to know what his opinion is on the direction of HIS thread , lol
But I am glad to see this thread get some activity going, haven't seen it this busy in awhile

This thread is turning into a pissing match. Which is not the right direction. Coming from all parties. Let's just work together and better this tread as this has a ton of potential.

Yes Jzurita Z was sick. I met him, pretty cool guy. he saw my Z when i rented a fender roller from him. He was impressed by my z with (StretchSkinnyTires) and i must say that his z is by far the right model of this thread. fat and aggressive the rest are just full of fatness with the wackness of their offsets
I know Toby from the brother thread and he definitely will bring you the best he got not less. I am pretty sure this thread will get back on its feet soon.

I thought it would be a good idea to quote him again to show you what being aggressive with fat tires should be. This is a Twin Turbo Z running 255/35 and 295/35. Thats pretty functional to me and aggressive and as far as i know, most of you are Natural Aspirated. Not what i would run but a pretty good example of what this thread should be about.
Perhaps we start a new thread..."track wheel set up". I agree w/ a lot...this is just as much as look as the stretch thread. Just maybe a more "functional" look...but realistically who's to say what's functional? I run 285/35 and 255/35 just to get from point A to point B not on the track. I'm sure dudes running 245/35 and 215/35 get from point A to point B, just lookin' different while making their trip. So I guess for what we do...they are both functional.
Eh .02...been on this thread for a while so felt entitled lol.

more on topic, to solve the camber question, i redid the CAD drawing per the correct way. i used the middle of the back of the hub as my rotation point and it came out to be the difference of -1 to -4 degrees of camber is 16.59mm. stock is in red and blue is -4*. hope this helps out in deciding the correct spacer
An overall taller tire will camber in more distance per angle change.
Simple trigonometry is all that is needed to solve and find the numbers on paper.
F#€K I hate math lol... Lol
My tires are 305/25/20 = 26.0 diameter it is smaller than stock,
So ur saying I will get below 5mm per -1 degree of camber??????
Thanks for pointing it out but u just threw me a curvball... Lmao
