Your question potentially opens Pandora’s Box and a new round of “my tire is best.” I would not be surprised to see this thread locked with advice to do a search.
Searching on tire preferences here my not provide the best information. That is simply because so many of the owners here think their current tire choice is just great (it’s rare to hear that someone hates the expensive tires they just purchased). It’s a simple fact that “everybody’s baby is the cutest.”
A better source for tire advice comes from our vendors since they sell a wide variety of tires and get lots of feedback from Z owners. Charts (such as what Davidv posts to your thread) can be helpful as long as they are up to date. Tirerack.com provides excellent information on the tires they sell.

In that case, you should look at Pirelli and Michelin. Both companies make great summer performance tires that are very good in many ways (sidewall stiffness that is very adequate but still provides a comfortable ride, exceptional dry and wet grip, reasonable noise levels, etc.). I’ve driven both, and they are the best.
Goodyear makes a very good summer performance tire (what I’m driving on now, and it’s main advantages being phenomenal wet grip and great comfort for a summer performance tire).
Toyo is a great value (wonderful dry and wet grip, quiet and very comfortable, and a favorable price for a very good tire).
In fact, your OEM Bridgestones are decent tires, and Bridgestone has more selections depending upon how much you want to pay. The thing I like about Bridgestone is the stiff sidewall that provides great handling, but the tire is comfortable.
And there are many more choices…
Hoping I’m not contributing to starting another round of “my tire is the best tire.”
