I don't think 265/305 is too much rubber, but you'll be hard pressed to fit a 30" wheel in the back. My knowledge-base stops at 19" wheels, but I know I love the 305/30/19s on the wife's ZR (19x10.5 +28, which has about 2mm of clearance without the fenders rolled, meaning that your +18 will need some help).

Old Wheels:
Front:
Size: 18x8.0
Offset: +30mm
Tire: 225/45/18

Rear:
Size: 18x8.5
Offset: +33mm
Tire: 245/45/18

New Wheels:
Front:
Size: 19x9
Offset: +18mm
Tire: 255/35/19

Rear:
Size: 19x10
Offset: +22mm
Tire: 285/35/19
