I don't think 265/305 is too much rubber, but you'll be hard pressed to fit a 30" wheel in the back.

My knowledge-base stops at 19" wheels, but I know I love the 305/30/19s on the wife's ZR (19x10.5 +28, which has about 2mm of clearance without the fenders rolled, meaning that your +18 will need some help).
