That is bullsh!t!

They are Rota's, which are copies of the Volk TE37. That Nismo Z is owned by the guy that put Volk stickers on them, for sure. LOL

not at all dude, more of a general statement to the masses :P and I appreciate your input on that thread. I really like that aerosync front bumper and plan on doing that at some point in the future! I may add some sort of black mesh behind to fill the void though, as it may look a little odd without a FMIC.

OP - here.. well just to set it straight this is NOT a pic of my car, but of a car I was thinking of buying....I asked the dealer about the wheels and he told me the orig. owner of the car special ordered these wheels..which I thought was a bunch of BULL..but wanted to confirm.

Thank you all for da input and knowledge.

So what up with the wheels then? I bet he sold the Nismo wheels separately ..and traded the car in with the current wheels..here is another great quote from the dealer.. :

"The car does not need anything. I am meeting with the original owner tonight to get the spare keys from him. He does not have the original wheels as these were a factory option that he got from Nissan. I do not have any of the receipts from previous service. It is a super nice car that is ready to go. Thanks"

mmm..really make you wondering if anyone really knows what they are selling or just full of s--t.

so the dealer is telling me that the NISMO wheels were a factory option.

did I forget to mention..these wheels are mounted on a NISMO Z up for sale..hence my inquiry as to the whereabouts of the orig. Nismo wheels..

Call out the stealership for trying to pitch product they know nothing about and then walk away. Good luck on your search to find a clean one though

Those are Rota grids like someone said above. That has to be the guy i know, he sold the factory Rays Nismo wheels and bought these rotas. The car should be all stock besides that and he did take good care of it. Just tell them to through you a deal since those are much cheaper than the stock wheels. You can get a quote from wheeldude.com on here for that same set and take that quote to the dealer.

IMO these wheels are not made for the Z. Not saying these aren't nice wheels, but not for the Z. Save up for TE's.

Those are Rota Grid's in 18x9.5 +20 Matte Bronze. These wheels are not a factory option and were purchased through our store by the cars previous owner. As others have mentioned, there is a lug missing and it seems the stud is sheared. I would make sure the dealership is aware of that and have them replace it if you are seriously interested in the car. If the lug is completely missing we do sell individual replacements for Muteki SR48 Neo Chromes (typically only sold in full sets of 20).

Mmmm.. Why would anyone sell the stock Nismo wheels?? While I do agree they the Rota grids do look good on the 350z. But I like to keep things original to the car kind of guy.

I wonder how the stud got sheared off..any logical explantion as to how that could have happened..
