Tire recommendations
Ok guys, my back stock tires are shot and I need to purchase some new ones.
I am looking to spend less than $200 on each tire. And the tire needs to have good treadlife, wet/dry grip, and not be too loud.
So far I am really looking at the Bridgestone RE760(but read that the wet grip leaves something to be desired) and the General Exclaim UHP tires. Anyone have any experience with these? Or any other recommendations?
Thanks

I have a good - partially used - set of BFG KWD2 (flame pattern) tires for sale. I don't want to spam your thread, so look at the "threads I've started" for pics.
BS RE760s are good, as are Michelin PS1s which I believe fit your budget.

I put a set of the General Exclaim's on my Miata and couldn't be happier with them. They are very quite, handle well, and are wearing like iron.
I also need rear tires and am trying to decide if I should only get the rears or go for the matching fronts as well. i hate to have mismatched tires, but the fronts ( OE Potenzas) still have a lot of tread life. What ever I decide I am going to go with the Generals.

I bought the General Exclaim UHP tires for my 2003 Z about 5 months ago after having Goodyear F1 GS D3s . The Generals were about half the price, much quieter, just as gripping ( maybe better ) in dry and wet and they have a real meaty agressive tread and footprint. I am very happy with them and plan to buy them again. Also the wear is excellent compared to the Goodyears.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the Goodyears ( always bought them for my Supra too) but wanted to try something cheaper that still got good ratings.
