Good Price for Falken Fk 452

What's a good price for Falken Fk 452's for a stock 07 z?

I'm getting a base cost of

$134 225/45R-18

$164 245/45R-18

without tax, mounting, etc.

sounds about right... The tire shop I go to, sold me two fk452's (245/35/20) at $115 each mounted & balanced...

is it a chain? cause thats a great deal. I thought my quotes were on the high side for $200, I could get Michelin Pilot Sports.
