I would hate to see a thread bout some ****'S stealing your new pride & joy.

How is liZZY doing??
Actually no, I only have 1 set of wheel locks. I got the Work lug nuts with locks. You think its worth it to have 2 different ones on? That would mean dishing out another $100-150 on a different set of lug nuts . But like you said, I would hate for someone to steal them. Oh a few weeks ago I found out that Pep Boys sells some key that can grip to any locking lug nut....WTF IS THAT ****!!! I was so pissed when I found out. That kinda defeats the whole purpose of buying locking lug nuts, doesn't it? And I'm sure thieves know about it.

Lizzy is sleeping right now, shhhh!!

What are you using for lugs nuts now Rays??? I would break down & get at least another brand of locks on the new setup, when the thieves wnat something they are going to get it, might as well make it a bigger pain in the a$$ for them. Just break down & get something cheaper with a different lock & key style. I am keeping quiet, wTF, why is Lizzy sleeping, is it a skOOle night??

Now that I think of it, I might just get another set. No, I have the WORK lug nuts. I figured I'd get the same brand as the wheels so they match . Maybe I'll look into a RAYS set. And yes, it's a school night for Lizzy. I got her little backpack all packed for the morning. I also have to wake up early in the morning to make her a little sammich to take to school for lunch . Little lizzy is growing up so fast!!

Make sure you take plenty of pics, just in case for the insurance company. Do they know you just dropped 3k on wheels & tires, hey you can probably get a deal with 1 of the vendors if you decide to go with an addition set of wheel locks.

LiZZy is sooo very fortunate to have such a good daDDy, she has you making her a saMMich, is this reverse sexual harrassment???

I really doubt my insurance company would give 2 ***** if my wheels get stolen. From what I hear, most insurance companies don't cover aftermarket parts unless you pay extra which is usually quite a lot.

I have no idea, but my guess would be no. I know we have really stupid gun laws here.

I ordered the new tires on Tuesday 245x40x18 & 275x45x18 NiTTo 555's, I love the 555's and know the flaming will begin almost immediately. Rain is very rare in the desert and I can read the warning on the NiTTo site stating: these tires suck in snow and heavy rains.

Again thanks for all the help Z ownerZ.
I hope you made a typo - 275/45/18 is absolutely the WRONG size, no matter who makes it. That is roughly a 7.25% stagger difference between front and rear. As mentioned, the correct rear size for that front is 2754018. It does not matter who makes the tire, or what tire model it is, it's the wrong size for this car
