8.5 all around?

Will running a 8.5 inch wheel all around affect the way the car handels? or vdc??

No....you're running 8's all the way around now. Adding a .5" isn't going to matter.

If you want to move from a staggered tire setup and run 245/45-18 all around, then the extra grip up front will dial in less understeer.
