Yesterday I change my 17' wheels for the OEM 18' performance. When the guy was going to put the front ones he found a little bolt witch had to be taken of for them to fit. What is that bolt? and would it affect anything have it off? I am going to put pictures later because I can find the bolt now

 

The function of the sixth bolt is to prevent you from inadvertently putting rear wheels on the front. You can discard it.

 

Didn't bother to read the Top 100 Questions thread, did ya? It's answered in the second post in that thread, IIRC. There's also a sticky thread at the top of this very forum that answers in it great detail.
