From your description of how you use your car, I think staying with stock size is your best bet. It is also cheaper than going to a larger tire.

This is not true - you should not mix A/S and summer tires between front-rear positions. They can be drastically different in terms of grip especially, and you will change your car's stability by messing with it (which could be very bad).
