Although these are 20's and were looking for 19's, does anyone know of a similar wheel design? I love the brushed look with the black backgound. The closest thing Ive came up with is the Forestar f14... similar in finish but far from the same spoke design.

Forgestar f14 (Closest thing Ive seen). Whats great is that the color scheme of this wheel is just like the Techart wheels above and they come in 19x11 rears which is awesome. Negative thing is that the spoke design is not the same as the Techart's.

Thanks for your contribution. I guess that's why they say looks are subjective.

there is a reason a lot of people run volks, works ect.... they dont look like those ugly *** things... sorry but there are a lot of wheels out there that flow so much better with the Z and G than those, and a lot of them aren't volks or works....

Looks are subjective as long as you have the right specs/offsets....

exactly. One type of wheel may look good on a certain car, but on another car it can look like complete garbage..

That's a really nice wheel.

First of all, Ive owned enough Volks to make ur head spin...

This isnt a Volk/Work hate thread, Im just getting sick of the Z concidering Ive built 2 now.

I want to see some new material or Im most likely going to sell my 2nd Z and move onto something else.

We have all seen Volks and Works on the Z... and we have all seen the same Amuse, Ings, Nismo kits... with HKS or Motordyne exhaust.... you catch my drift.

Im trying to retain that great feeling I once had when I was the only person in So Cal besides Andy to rock the TE37 Time Attacks. This was back when they were introduced and it was a 3 month wait from Japan. Its annoying to see a bunch of entry level ppl in the scene rocking a Z because there now in that civic, rsx price point and there moding them to ****.

I cant drive down the street without seeing some fool in a Ford Taurus rocking some red pinstriped fake *** wheels.

Anyways, these wheels may not look great on the Z but Im just trying to think of a few new avenues to take with the Z before I give up on her for good.

all the OP asked is if anyone KNOWS of a similar wheel design... He didnt ask for opinions... hate it how everyone has to share their feeeeelings and opinions when no one asked for them... if you dont like the way the wheels look, guess what, no ones gives a ****... if you dont know of a similar design (whats being asked in this thread) just move the **** on...

i think its time for you to move onto a new platform....speaking from experience, i've owned 10 cars in the past 6 years. I just came from owning 2 s200's which i still love, but i dont think i can go round 3, so now im getting into a Z. I've been doing all new research and it's fun because im starting fresh....just my .02

Definitely move to a new platform. Like you said OP, Z has become the new civic. Along with the new population of budget buyers comes IMO horrible taste in wheels, kits, and etc etc etc.

I say move to the new M3, Audi S5 (if you can deal with the weight), or a step higher depending on your budget.

That being said, I actually kind of like those wheels in a strange way. Don't quite know why, but its like an oddly attractive girl. You just want to see what it'd be like. No idea of a similar design though.

He's not hypocritical at all, Ginobetterfly has contributed to many threads on the boards. He's simply sick of all the ******** ppl post which never allows threads to fullfill there intended purpose, to be informative! I myself am sick of it too.

^^^ as i said above, its not that i dont agree, but is every bit of hypocritical. by this i mean when he says:

yet he is stating his opinion, and in his own words he then states, hypocriticaly:

then goes on and says:

which with that being his own words, then maybe he shouldve just moved on.

once again, every bit of hypocritical
