looking at getting a set of Enkei RPF1 9.5/18 and 10.5/18 with a +15 offset all around. With 275/40 tires on the back, lowered one inch, do you think I'll be rubbing?

I found a place that has RPF1's in black and gunmetal. My 350z is silver and wonder how the gunmetal would look. Also considering the SBC - bit more cash but they do look nice.

 

Yes you will rub, my car started rubbing at +25 with a 275/40 INVO on a 10.5 and -2.0 camber. A simple roll with take care of it, or buy Falken 452's, they are narrow as hell.

 

INVOs are wide as hell too. To match the stock Bridgestones on the rear you probably need like 225/45 >.<

Long story short: it depends on the tires.

great choice! I have rpf1(18) 10.5 on the rear with 295's. I am lowered 1.2 in the rear and I have no rubbing. I did get a rear camber though,hope this helps.

 

Thanks Jarrod - It does and I'm collecting as much info before I move forward. It's really between the RPF1's or GTCO1's 9/18 +18 front and 19/18 +22 back. I know this isn't as agressive but should look pretty good.

 

Hey I have the same set up but with wider tires I am letting go so if you dont have tire let me know but you will have to roll your rear fenders.

 

Sorry I didn't mention that to be smart I did have my rear fenders rolled ( $50 per fender).

 

Do you have the Brembo brake option? If so, you'll need to run spacers up front to gain adequate caliper clearence.

 

B/s I have wilwoods on the front of my car which are bigger then brembo's and I have no issues with clearance

 

I'd think with +15 offset he should be fine for caliper clearance.

 

Which size Enkei RPF1 wheel do you have?

 

I'm running Enkei RPF1's 17X8.5 +30 up front with no issues regarding my Brembos.

 

If you had the 17x9.5 wheel there would be a problem with the Brembos, which is likely why Dkmura made that comment.
