Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22 available in stock sizes which is very important for proper TCS operation, especially in the snow. There is a set for sale in the private sector for the 18" wheels or www.tirerack.com has them.

You should be fine as long as you have snow tires and it doesn't snow 6 inches overnight. My G35C handles very well in the snow with my Pirelli 240 Sno-Sports, 225/40/18s in the front and 245/45/18s for the rear. VDC and ABS work fine.

These tires handle very well on snow and ice and I am very happy with this choice. I have heard that the Bridgestone Blizzak's have a special outside layer on the tires that sticks to ice, giving you excellent traction, however, if you drive these on dry pavement, the layer wears away and then the tires are no better than all season tires, just what I've heard, so not speaking from experience. I bought my tires from my dealer, big mistake. Tires were about $1300.00 CDN and they did not have the equipment to change tires on 18 inch rims, so they sent them out to a Fountain Tire and wheels came back all scratched. Dealer had to take 4 new wheels off another coupe to replace mine. You will be very happy with the Pirelli's if you go with them.

I have a set of Michelin Pilot Alpins in the stock 17in size. They are absolutely AMAZING in the snow....highly recommended.....plus they are V speed rated

buying 18in snow tires is a waste of money.....most 17s will fit over your brembo brakes....get a set of cheap 17s (that you make sure fit over the brakes) for the winter tires....that way you won't pay out the butt for 18 inchers and you won't ruin your forged 18s....

MY WInter tires will be as follow...

1989 Jeep Cherokee. Picked it up for less than the cost of 4 winter rims and snow tires. No worries about someone ELSE crashing into me either...

you don't have to pay an insurance premium, or for license plates for snow tires...

Because of the Multi Car discount now. I pay $8.00 more per month for insurance. In PA Plates at about $30.00 / year.
