Default Help please, not sure if these wheels are a good choice

I am looking to purchase 18" Ruff Racing R278s Hyper Black. All four are 18x9.5 with a 3.5" lip. What's bugging me is the lip... what do you guys think? 3.5" lip all around... kinda cheesy, or will it look good?

here is a pic of the wheels http://www.bognortyres.com/Alloy-Whe...Mach-Lip-L.jpg

Thanks

In the end...you will be happier waiting and getting some other wheels that will fit properly on the car. Research a bit and talk to other enthusiasts in your area...ask them to show you their cars and their wheel selection...good luck with the search!

If you get a chance...talk to some of the site sponsors about wheel options for your car!

I was just on Craigslist and there are some pretty decent wheels for sale. Check it out before you drop $$ on those... Good luck.

Thanks for the help guys. I am not very familiar with rims so it's a good thing that I asked you guys. I'll stick to my oem 17s for now.

If any of you guys know of decent 18" staggered for around $1,000-$1,100 please pm me. I'm also looking for wheel & tire package.

I have done this many times before. Posted photos. Posted prices. It doesn't work. My taste is not your taste.

ive actually owned these rims before, some guy on here sold em to me for 615 shipped with shitty tires, it was a super deal but these rims are kinda gay IMO

it would be in your best bet to just save up for some rota's if you want to go the cheaper route
