Default Need Help On deciding new wheels

Okay so i currently have a chrome silver z lowered on eibach sportline spings. I have 18" tsw snettertons but am looking to upgrade. Iv been searching for about a month and still cant seem to find somthing i want.

I know I want 19x9.5 front and 19x10.5 rear and the offsets for both frotn and rear have to be around 15. I wanted axis shines but i found a picture of them on a chrom silver z and it doesnt look as good as i thought it would. Then i wanted chikara ls1's or varrstoen's from the vendors on here but Im just not sure either come in the right color for me. My budget is $2,300 for rims and tires shipped.

Id like to find somthing black with a chrome lip like a set of works i saw had but not limited to that. The only sites I have found that sold wheel and tire combos were wheelsnext discounttire wheeldude. I dont want a cheap set of wheel but dont want volks either. ANy suggestions???

Where do I start.

1) Paragraphs are your friend

2) I would start in the marketplace for a good set of wheels in your price range.

3) Your TSW's are still worth around $500 depending on condition so sell those as well and use the remaining to increase your budget

4) Go to a meet and take a look at what people are rolling on and decide what fits your style

I tried making some papragraphs to make it easier to read. That budget includes me selling my tsw's. I avidly look through the classifieds but nothing has come up. More of looking to see if people know of any site that sell rim/tire pacages in my price range.

You might be onto somthing. Not sure how much the wheel/tire combo is going to run but i sent a PM for pricing. The 19's most aggressive offset is 22 for a 10 inch wide. For the fron they offer a 22 offset for the 9.5 and an 18 for the 9 inch front. Which size front would i want?? Are those offsets aggressive enough to sit flush ?

If you don't want Volks why were you looking at the TE37 knock-off? Anyhow, I'm hoping you have adjustable front/rear camber arms since you are on Sportlines because +15 on a 19x9.5/10.5 is pretty aggressive.

Study the silver gallery. Certainly you can do a better job picking wheels for your car than I can.

Yes I have spc rear cambar arms and a arms. I Dont want volks or rays just because of the price tag. I dont want some crappy rims but im not ready to fork up the cash for the volks. On a side note.. my camber arms will be able to get everything back in alignment fine with such an aggressive wheel right ?? Trying to get the most aggressive offset I can without problems. How about tire wear with low offset ??

Your budget definitely doesn't include the higher end wheels (Volk,Work, etc..) I say keep saving and buy a set of Volks that won't depreciate (for any reason you needed to sell the Volks, you could easily) and in the long run you'll love them way more than a set of axis, IMO.

Volks are nice and all but i dont feel like jumping on the volks or nothing bandwagon. There are plenty of wheels out there that are good quality that dont get any recognition. I dont need ubber light weight mad jdm wheels. Im not compltly bashing on htem because if I found a nice set within my budget that was exactly what i wanted Id get them. Any websites that sell wheel/tire combos for our cars ??

Look at TRMotorsport MT1's on tire rack. I picked up 18x10's all around for 990 shipped. they are extremely light and very very high quality.

Work xd9's are very nice wheels, you can get them new for around 1800 i believe. only problem is that they are a little on the heavy side......

Im leaning twords the enkei pfr1. Just trying to figure out how aggressive of an offset i can go with to sit flush or slightly outside the body. I liek the works that are on that blue 350z. Im going to look into those. The xxr's look good but arent they like a cheapo brand? Not to mention that they dont come in 19's and have a weak offset. I dont want balla status but not trying to be to cheap. And as i said weight really isnt all that important to me. I dont want wheels made of lead but within reason
