would this tire/wheel combo work good?
So I've spent the past few months researching wheels and tires of my 07 Z and I wanted to run it past you guys first to make sure I'm making a good decision.
Wheels - volk te37's 18/9.5 front and 18/10.5 rear with +22 offset on all four.
Tires - Nitto nt05's in 275/35/18 front and 275/40/18 rear.
reasoning for this setup - I like a square setup for handling so I wanted to keep the tire sizes as close as possible to each other. Now you may be wondering why I didn't pick the same size wheel all around, but this is because I want the lip in the back to keep the offset look. Also, according to nitto's website the tires fit a 9 to 11 inch rim so I'm in specification.
This all looks good on paper, but with little personal experience buying wheels and tires I don't want to be clueless on something.
thanks in advance

I understand your preference for a square setup tire wise, but it just seems like such a waste to put a tire that small on a wheel that big. Although I'm a fan of big rubber in the back.
Have you calculated the tire difference for traction control purposes?

I what you're doing, here, though I agree that a 275 on a 10.5 will look a little stretched while the 275 on the 9.5 will look nice. Even if you could justify bumping the rear to 285, that would be helpful (though I'd rather see a 295 (or 305!) but am not sure it'll fit with the +22 offset).

You give me little information to work with. TCS? VDC?

27.5 mm is a consideravble difference;however, if this suits your needs I am 90 percent certain it is OK with TCS.
