Only the one wheel looks "beat" IMHO. I'd sell as is, let the buyer decide what they want to do.

They aren't that bad at all. Sell them in the condition they are in. Then with that cash get a good set of 18's (RFP's) with a great set of track tires and call it a day. Ditch the staggered tires.
That is what I'm doing anyway. But not everyone is into racing.
