Scratches on my Rim
I ordered some tires from Americas Tire Co and when they put them on my rims they scratched the lip up a bit.
I asked the manager if there was anything they could do about it and he told me "I can give you $100 off of your tires that you just purchased."
So I'm like WTF?! 100 bucks and I gotta ride around with curb marks on my rim that are not even from me?
I told him that each rim was around $700 to $800. Then he told me "Well I can replace the wheel and probably have it in by next week."
Ok, so doesn't it usually take about 90 days to order a whole set of TE-37? So how does this guy expect to order just one wheel and have it to my by next week??
The "curbed marks" are not that bad but then again, who wants scratches on their rims
Any ideas on what I should do about this?

There is always a chance your wheel will endure small damages from tire mounting, it just so happens that you have a red lip so they are easily noticeable. Get some red touch-up paint and call it a day.
Here's the damage I received recently, but they are repairing/replacing it:

You're right. If their wheel repair guy can't fix it they will replace it.

The most common use of the slash is to replace the hyphen or en dash to make clear a strong joint between words or phrases, such as "the Hemingway/Faulkner generation". It is used to represent the concept "or", especially in instruction books.

I had this happen recently at NTB only to be told by the manager that he was 100% sure his shop didn't do the damage.
For now on when dealing with rims/tires, I'm taking pictures of each wheel, time stamped minutes before they replace my tires so if they do F up the rims, I have the evidence.

I'm supposed to wait to hear back from the manager about it. He gave me a "invoice" showing that he's going to order the wheel but I still don't even think he's gonna be able to replace it. I have the Seibon edition TE-37 and to my knowledge they are "limited edition", so I don't know how they are going to replace one rim.
I was under the impression that those wheels are discontinued.
I would take them to a reputable wheel painter in your area and get an estimate to bring back to the manager to pay for.
