Is Varrstoen Wheels Breaking Federal Law???

Why are Volk owners even offended someone copied the design? The wheels are totally different in construction, weight, strength and consequently performance. But I guess it's hard to tell said differences if all you do is hard park your car, in which case you are just as much a poser as those that buy replica wheels to pass off as the real deal.
This, coming from a guy who drove and tracked on rota grids (te37 lookalikes) and they got the job done for a great price.
It's not that original, but it's super affordable...

I can see the point of view from the manufacturers standpoint.........
But also, I don't believe the replicas take sales (high volume of sales) away from them. I believe most people buying the replica wheels can't afford the OG's in the first place.
I think the guy that owns a Rolex isn't too concerned with someone who buys a Rollex on the streets of NY city......
you know exactly wtf i was saying in my statement, dont act like a tard and play stupid. now crawl back into your little corner and count your pennies so you can buy these performance killing wheels.
inferior finish? L-oh-freakin-L!
oh that reminds me, I need to go out and dry my Rays after this rain comes through, I dont want them ruined with waterspots.
That's actually a plus on these replicas, the care and feeding of Rays wheels is ridiculous. Of course, this doesnt really apply to a powdercoated TE37 so much...

Why be mad? Why not be happy that the kid flipping my burger is saving up for ghetto wheels? Gotta fake it till you make it right? At the end of the day its just a car. I've seen plenty of riced out cars in my day, they just make the nicer ones look better thats all. Honestly, do you think the guys driving lambos get too upset when they find a Fiero with a bull on the hood, of course not, they just laugh, same thing.

But go ahead and continue using the same tired old reasons (waaahhh, no more original wheel designs, who cares about weight on a DD
) to justify that you'd love a set of Volks/Works/Advans/DPE/HRE etc but don't actually want to spend to get them.
You're on a budget and you don't have money to spend 3gs on wheels, fine. No one gives a **** about that. Now it's funny when given a 1 grand budget, you will throw away your stock wheels that are quality and usually lighter to buy a wheel that looks exactly like what you can't actually afford...hmmm. Not that there aren't plenty of originally designed 'budget' / cheaper wheels out there or anything like that...nope, no one can ever design anything original EVER AGAIN!! OH NOES!!
But yes, stay convinced we're mad at you for buying replicas of what we actually have...
