Default Insuring Wheels?

I have Allstate insurance and they will not give me any type of optional equipment insurance over $1000. Basically they told me there is no way to insure them that they know of. I know this is BS but who do you have insurance through that covers your aftermarket wheels?

Best part of conversation was when lady told me thats why cars have airbags, so they can slam the car when parked so the wheels can't be taken off. I was speechless.
