OP, get color code for PPW from a dealer and take to a good paint shop near you.

A supplier will mix you up some QX1 paint. With the proper preparation it will work well.

I left that as a given.

Remember the paint on your car is also bonded to the metal and most cars are left to the elements. Powder = melted plastic dust / paint = plastic in a solution activated by a catalyst hardener. Different pros and cons to both but I wouldn't say anymore durable.
