well im thinkin of going with something very similar maybe 255/45..

not sure why every is saying go with 30 or 35 sidewall

i was thinking the lowest i should go is 40.. for performance and comfort.

Since this car is a DD and you are planning 275/40-18” on the rear, a good pick for tires on 17” front wheels is 245/45-17”.

This size fits without any problems (245 with 275 is a “standard” Nismo setup), looks good (you maintain the correct height stagger but have the same sidewall height on the front and the rear), handles great with your 275mm rears, and provides a more comfortable ride.

Good idea. Please post pictures when you get the wheels and tires mounted on the car.

There is your answer. 9 +17 and a 275/40 no rubbing - I would think you'd be fine with 9.5 +18.

9.5 +18 are actually the fronts i'm getting next. My camber was set at -1.8 front with around a 1 inch drop.

I'm waiting on my tires to go pick up my new rota grid's track wheels. Definitely, will love it for sure and can't wait.

F: 17x9.5 +25mm Advan A048 245/40/17 (Spacers +10mm)
R: 18x9.5 +25mm Advan A048 265/35/18 (Spacers + 15mm)

Pics to come soon..

ohh and yes OP! Go for it for a DD I'd go 245/40/17 in the front and 275/35/18 in the rear. If you want something more aggressive 265/40/17 and 285/35/18.(you rolled your fenders right..)
