thinking about these rims

they are 18x8.5 with a +15 offset on all 4 rims. found them on craigslist for 500. should i jump on them? what size tires should i run on them? my z isnt dropped btw.
all opinions are welcome
so they would look bad? 18" stocks have a +33 for the rear. how would the +15 offset affect the fitment?
im a noob when it comes to understanding how offset works. ive read some stuff but still kinda confused. i even used an offset calculator or w.e

If you get wider rims and change your offset you will noticeably change the cars handling characteristics. Most people will say for the better. You can have wider rubber as well which will help in forward and side to side movement. If your going to spend money on rims you might as well save up and/or find rims that will help performance.

wheels are nice not gonna lie but im just concerned about how they would look on the car. i just wanna see how a 18x8.5 +15 wheel would sit in the rear. if anyone has a pic, that would basically help me make my decision
The same as the stock wheel fits but with a 18mm spacer.
