Default Max Tire Size for 2006+ Stock Rims

Hi I don't know if this question was answered already, but I have 2006 stock rims 18" 5 spoke and I wanted to know the max size for tires I can put on them for the front and back. I would also like to know the max with and without spacers.

Thanks.

Depends how brave you are. 275s can be squeezed on up front I have been told. Ideally? Keep it at 225 to 235 up front and a 245 or 255 in the back.

It's safe to say that this question has been asked and answered dozens of times. All you have to do is browse the proper forum (Wheels & Tires) or search it on the term "max".

You can also look at the tire specs on sites like Tirerack as the list the acceptable wheel size ranges for given tires sizes.

The Top 100 Questions thread also has info on tire upgrades.

Yes. The question is asked at least once each week.

What is the max tire size?

What is the minimum tire size.

Like big or small gets you some kind of coolness factor. While OEM sizes are uncool.
