Default Upgrading wheels

I'm looking at upgrading my stock 17" wheels with a set of Touge Motegi wheels.
I have a black 2005 enthusiast coupe and would like to go with a flush look with maybe a 1/2" gap between the tire and wheel well.
I would like them to look as close as possible as the picture below.

Should I go with 18" or 19" wheels?
What tire size should I go?
Staggered or not?

I was thinking either 18"
18x9.5 +7 (225/40)
18x10 +7 (245/40

Or If I go with 19"
19x9.5 +14 (245/35)
19x10.5 +14 (275/35)

Thoughts?

Here is a picture of the Touge Motegi wheels.

Looks like the pic is running a little wider tire than your thinking

Bigger is better.
Bigger wheels.
Bigger tires.
Bigger tittles.
Bigger vagina.
