It's probably already been answered but there's a lot to digest here: Anyone know if the 19x10 531's will clear 370Z Sport (Akebono) big brakes? Or Brembos?
Any suggestions on what kind of tire to run with the 526's? I'm looking at a 265/35/18 as of now. It's not lowered at the moment, but I'm getting coilovers next month. Any feedback would be great! Thanks, Troy.
Well the fronts will not fit under the fender well. And even if I were to get a hub spacer, then the wheel would stick out of the well like 2 inches. I'm just not really sure what to do. Found this forum and decided to ask. I've seen pictures of people fitting them on their 350z's. I was just wondering if I have to roll the fenders. I know I need coilovers still. I'm just trying to fit them on stock ride height for now.
I would do a 265/35 or 275/35 front and a 285/35 rear.
You would have been fine. TCS doesn't matter. If you have VDC you just have to make sure your tire circumferences are within 3% of each other iirc.
Yea the VDC is what I have. At the time it seemed like too much so I just went with a regular 8.5" wheel.... Ahh well you know what they say about hindsight........
So if you have ever looked at at wheel well, you will notice there is gap in front, top and behind. They only gap you fix with dropping a car is on top of the tire. It still looks like crap.
Would 265/35 all around look bad? Because I found a really nice deal on a set of four.
Look at my thread for reference on 265/35/18 all around to see what everyone is talking about. If I could go back I would have gotten a bigger tire in the rear. Even with a drop with Tanabe GF210's it's still pretty noticeable in the rear. I also lose traction quite a bit with a small tire in the rear. I'm lowering it more in the rear in the next week with some spring isolators instead of the doing the rear spring mount. If I were you I'd get 255/35/18 up front and 275/40/18 in the rear or 285/35/18 in the rear.

255/35-18 is not a Z tire, still too short. 255/40 and 275/40 is the proper combo. 265/35 and 285/35 is a proper combo
