Default Offset Question

How would these offsets look on a stock Z?

18x9 +23
225/40/18

Rear:
18x10 +24
245/40/18

Flush or would they require spacers?

Not flush. You would need spacers. And put wider tires on there.

So I'm thinking more along these lines for flush with no spacer:

19X9 +25
&
19X10 +15

Stock suspension , will look great, lowered you will need 10 front and 15 rear. Thats with running the proper 245 or 255/40-18 fronts and 275/40-18 rears. The tire sizes you mention will look limp wristed.

Yo if i was you i would go into the aggressive offsets on stretch tries thread, read and read and read, this questions have been asked and answered on that thread plenty of time. i am sure you can go back couple 100 pages and check them out. hope that helps. i would tell you whats good and whats not but i kind of want you to learn for yourself cause for me with that offset i would sell them but you only know what you like and what you don't like so its better to find out stuff for yourself. like i said My opinion

Those offsets will look fine on the Z, but would look better with wider tires...255/40, 275/40 at least. Spacers are a matter of taste, but personally I don't think they are worth the hassle unless the offsets are just terrible (which these are not).

So let me know if I have this right. The lower the offset, the more they will "stick out"?

For example will a +12 "stick out" more than a +15? By "stick out" I mean more towards the flush side (street side).

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

OP, those offsets are very similar to my Advan RS.

19x9 +22mm - 255/35/19 Toyo T1R
19x10 +25mm - 285/35/19 Toyo T1R

If you want to see how they look, check out the pictures in my album. That should give you a better idea. I'm going to put Kics 15mm spacers in the rear this weekend and see how they will look like.

btw, those tire sizes you posted are too small (overall diameter)

yo OP u need to figure out what you really want. The internet is not the right place to get opinions because everyone on here has different ideas of what flush is. its what makes us different. You gotta sit down and research and look around see what you like none of the comments above give you a flush look AT ALL. and im being fukking honest. i mean come on 10mm spacers and 15mm on +23/24 offsets? really? i am not trying to be mean or anything i am just trying to help.

u gotta see for yourself what you want cause at the end of the day the z is yours and yours only
i.e. flush, fat tires flush, stretch tires flush, hella flush, i mean there so many other flush ways u could go with the z depending on what you really want. i say wait it out till you decide what is the path u want to go with the z before u pull the plug.
