Too wide= bad cornering? help out this newb.

What size? threads are boring to many of us. Not because we are above it all, just that there is no right answer. Nissan puts a 245 mm tire on a 8.5 inch wheel. Members might go to 255 or 265 mm to look cool. The best way to get better handling is to buy a better not a wider tire.

nah, you don't have to. I'm staying with 225's but i'm using two on each side.. yeah baby!

I've ran 245/40/18 fronts and 265/40/18 on stock 06+ rims rear with no problems whatsoever

245.40.18 and 245.45.18 is a nice combo. You can also up the rear size to 255/40 or 265/40.
