I think this next time around I will go with a little bit skinnier tires to get the stance a bit more aggressive, thinking maybe 245/35/19 +12 fronts and 275/35/19 +12 rears with a bit more camber to avoid rubbing.

Hey gerb you still around? What kind of camber are you running front and rear?

Also any problems with TCS acting weird when you're running 265/30/19 rear tires? That's more than an inch smaller diameter than OEM tire size so I imagine the car doesn't like it too much, but it sure does look good. I'm only asking because I'm deliberating on tire size, spacer thickness, alignment settings, etc.

Hey yea I'm still round I just browse from time to time
As for my TCS yes it does act up but by simply turning it off I eliminate that problem. Besides car is more fun when its off.
As for specs
The rear is @ -8 offset and I'm running -4.2 camber but that's going to change soon. I'm planning on switching the 20mm to a 10mm and take some camber out
The front are 10.5 +7 with 255/35 and I'm running -3.5 camber
Keep in mind the picture is hard to tell but I'm riding pretty low
Fenders r rolled n I pulled them like 1-2mm
Nothing extreme (used wet newspaper.method)

Thanks for the info! I have the less aggressive offsets (+22) so I'm basically trying to figure out what tire size I want, then play around with spacers later. I'm thinking I'll stick with 255/35 up front, or possibly 245/35. The rears are the question. I could go the safe route and use 275/35 with a 10mm spacer and OEM camber (rear fenders are rolled), or go skinnier tires and more spacer, more camber....but I'm not as low as you were in that picture so I'm not sure that setup would look right for me. If only tires were a lot cheaper to change out, and if only the fear of the tire shop damaging my wheels at every change-out wasn't lingering.

I didn't have any luck searching so instead of starting a new thread I though I'd try my luck here: Anyone have pictures of a 265/35/19 tire on a 19x10.5 wheel? Curious how stretched it looks. I have a set of LE37t's with the standard 19x10.5 +22 rear size, but I'm looking to maybe put a 15mm spacer for +7 net offset and thinking I might need to go 265/35/19 instead of the "safe" route 275/35/19 to make it fit without excessive negative camber.

I could be wrong but I think I remember reading once that Toby was running a 265 on his old SF Challenges a while ago. On the rear 10.5'' wheel that is.

Yes, exactly. I'm trying to find that breaking point of pushing my wheels out as far as possible without the tires looking too retardedly stretched. i.e. I don't want this:


but I want a little bit of stretch so I can get the wheels poked and cambered out a bit more for a more "flush" look. The other factor is that my ride height is not "slammed", instead the front tires are just barely tucked under the wheel arches and the rears have maybe a little less than 1/2" clearance from tire to wheel arch. So a super stretched tire won't look right with that much sidewall exposed.

That's why I went from a 275 to a 265 on my 18x10.5. 265 is perfect IMO. Very mild stretch.
