i have to disagree. there is a HUGE difference between bent and shatter. when bent, the object absorb most if not all of the force, shatter means the force was far greater than said object can absorb and there for the remaining force is passed on.
think of it this way, force is 4, wheel stregth is 5. 4 will bent the wheel but still leave it intact. now lets say force is still 4, wheel strength is 3, the wheel shatters, and the rest of the force moves onto the next item in its travel.
for my gun enthusiast, would you rather have a bullet bend the metal plate in from of you, or shatter it completely?
long story should, when its bent, it stops the momentum/force its hurl at it. when it shatters, it only slows it down.

So what ive gathered from researching is 9.5/10.5 +12 on 245/40/18 & 265/40/18 will be nice and flush with roll in the rear and dropped around 1-1.5" correct? Not trying to run excessive camber or stretch. Can I get a confirmation?
I think a +22 would be more flush. +12 may poke out a little

18x10.5 +22^ i dont like the look of the rear w/ +22 so i added a spacer.
