I've dealt with Rick for years. He's always helped me out and been a stand up guy. There are so many factors in this situation to pinpoint anything on Rick, especially when dealing with anything coming from overseas whether it's customs from here or japan, shipments waiting on a plane or on the water. Sometimes these things hit speed bumps and all parties deal with them the best that they can.
