If i'm still alive at the end of the day from my wheel staying intact though bent...instead of shattering and losing my entire wheel while driving..................................................... ........................................................ yes, lol, it does really matter.

Any wheel can crack/bend given an impact. The crack on your wheel (inside barrel) is likely a stress fracture due to hitting a pothole or uneven road surface. It's not likely to bend due to the sheer forces that caused it to crack immediately.
Do you have proof of any of these "inferior" wheels shattering WHILE driving? I mean it's one thing to slam in to a curb, wall, etc.. at 50mph+ and shatter a wheel (in which case the car will already be stopped or immobile after the fact) versus a wheel just falling apart from striking a bump/pothole in the road (which I have never seen before and probably never will see..).

I am not arguing the brand name here, we are talking construction. A forged wheel is much stronger than a pressure/gravity cast wheel hands down and has way less of a chance of being damaged versus the cheaper cast.
ALL wheels, and i mean ALL WHEELS have had failures, no one here is arguing this, on road and esp on the track and off road like above. Point is, the cheaper cast wheels have a much higher and quicker failure rate as ANY wheels life span is limited, and they are more likely to crack (bc pressure/gravity cast) instead of bend/warp like forged wheels.
This, good sir, is why I specifically said Ill take my chances with a better made wheel then with an inferior wheel.
In addition, i would take, for example, a casted wheel using Enkie's technology, equipment, methods, standards, QC, over one such as Varrstoen in a heartbeat. To say Varrdogs or Rotas use the same all above as Enkie is just something i will continue to not believe.
Remember, we are talking MOC and structural integrity of forged vs. pressure/gravity cast here. This IS a proven fact you cannot dispute.
Call me a fanboy or whateverthefuk to justify to yourself (not you specifically) you have purchased an equal product with an equal lifespan for much cheaper...lol. More than anything, i just love to argue/debate and ill do this all day long, others will attest to this.

Lol @ volk owners trying to justify strength like it is a real world problem. 99% of you will never find yourself in a situation where you are going to say "Oh I am glad I shelled out 3k so my wheel didn't shatter into 100 pieces"

OMG - not another broken wheel thread. Please, give it a rest.
Every wheel can break. The difference is how many per 100,000 produced ever fail. Unless you have published facts and evidence to support your claims (both sides of the argument), then all you are doing is......

I hoped I was wrong.
I clicked on the thread expecting to see a crack in a wheel and then a long rant from the volk/work/rays fanclub about how the wheels are still so superior and how this is ridiculous and OP you must have done something crazy and waah waah waah
But...there it was. Exactly as described. Boo. (And don't jump me--i've got Rays wheels

I'm glad that MY driving record is coming under fire (coulnd't POSSIBLY be the wheel or manufacturer right?)
I daily drive my car to work, gym and errands.
Never tracked
Never drifted
Never raced
The car sees a maximum of 200miles a week (as of late it's around 100miles)
I am bashing them because I paid the extra $ for rays, knowing they wouldn't crack. When I was told they were cracked when I brought it in to fix a flat - my jaw almost hit the floor. I always thought Ray's came with a lifetime warranty (because they never crack), turns out I was wrong.
