18x11 -5 front and rear?! Your definitely going to need to roll your fenders and maybe even pull them. Those are some aggressive a** wheels

you are definetly gonna have to roll and possibly pull your fenders to fit those size wheels. I also imagine that you will need to stretch your tires aswell. Check out the aggressive stretch/fat tire threads in this section to get an idea of what you are going to have to do. Good luck and sweet wheels!

You should of done some research first. Sounds like your go for the stretch tire look also. Your going to need a roll and pull front and back. And also depends if your on coils, springs, etc

You're going to need some crazy camber, especially in the front to pull those off. And like everyone else said, also a roll and fender pull. I would sell those and get something less aggressive (unless that's what you're going for).

Roll and pull buddy. Mos def you need to pull... Also go with the stretch tires, it helps with the clearance from fender to tire and if you real don't want to pull as much. Get some camber kits.

Really? You can't tell that an 18x11 -5 offset wheel won't fit up front without a lot of modification? The rear too for that matter.

OP, is your car lowered? if so on what and how low?
18x11 -5 isnt that agressive for a 18 wheel on a Z. You should be able to fit them with just a flat roll. Dont pull unless you plan on going more aggressive. If you are running that size in the front your definitely going to hafto take dem bishes to a wheel shop and have the back spacing shaved prolly to a +4 to run them. Im running a 19x11 +8 on the front and 19x11 et0 (spacer) on the rear. im running -2 camber out back to save tires and on a flat roll dont rub at all on a 275 35 19. on the front i been running a 245 or 255 35 19 with -4 deg camber with no issues accept for the a arm smacking the underside on the wheel well.
