Need Help With Rims
there are a set of pink jlines from an amazing car built on the west coast about five years back. the car was white and had prob $25k invested in amazing parts. i think the pinkies are boss and you clearly deserve something that says "i'm hurrrrrrr" ...
make doubly sure of fitment and tire choice before you go banging out 28 hundo on used wheels.
re my statements about varsstoens - you guys know the deal. these are chinese wheels.
they are not inspected by anyone. they are not pressure/destruction tested. they are cast in metal which is likely bought on the cheap given otd pricing. if anyone believes that varsstoen wheels don't have structural issues you're wrong.
the methodology behind their production is flawed in concept and execution. there are bound to be bubbles and rifts in the metal (alloy).
we are talking about a company that has chosen to base its business on copying another manufacturers product, undercutting the marketplace, and making a QUICK buck.
supporting original local companies - i.e. adv, ccw, jline makes sense.
