TPS Banding System for $16 !!!!!!!!!
I looked at the HRE TPS Banding system for $150. Seemed Expensive. I tried to find a DIY way and here you go .... for $16 !!!
These are minimum 15" and maximum of 22" stainless steel hose clamps for $3.99 EACH !!!

For those with ever larger wheels, they have a 20" minimum and 26" maximum for $4.99
