Default Help With Offset???

Okay, so I found the same wheels that I had posted a while back, however, it looks as if they are now manufacturing a variety of offsets. Basically, I want to know if this offset is what I need. I'm not looking to mess with spacers, and at the same time, I don't want my car to look funny. I'm on the verge of ordering these things, so any quick help is much appreciated in advance. So the following is my stock wheel size/offset
________________________
STOCKFront:
Size: 17x7.5
Offset: +30mm

Rear:
Size: 17x8.0
Offset: +33mm

________________________
AFTERMARKET
Front:
Size: 19x8.5
Offset: +15

Rear
19x10
Offset: +20

Now, the offset calculator states the following for the FRONT:The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 2mm MORE
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 28mm

And the following for the REAR:The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 12mm LESS
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra

To me, that seems like they're going to be sticking out like a mexican low-rider (No offense to Mexican low-riders). Can anyone tell me if this would look good in terms of the way that the car would sit? Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys

not at all, Those off sets are almost perfect for a driver car. Not flush by any means but definitely will work. im on 18x10 +4 F and 18x11.5 -24 R. You could actually go another 10-15mm without messing anything up. cept would be a good idea to roll your quarters if you do so.

AWESOME! thanks guys. Just ordered!!! Am I going to be jacked up without lowering springs? Also, how rough is my ride going to be? And lastly, is there anyway to help make the ride softer. I've got eibach sway-bars on track setting mode. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your help.

yes, your car isn't going to look that bad at stock height but it won't look great until you lower it more. What tires sized to you plan on going with. Either way the ride should be pretty smooth. I live in austin though and the roads here are paved pretty well, for the most part.

you will now want 245 or 255/35 fronts and 275/35 rear tires.

That's awesome...thank you so much guys. Don't know what I'd do without this place, you all are always so helpful.

Rims will be here in about a week. I'm thinking of hotchkis lowering springs because it's not an extreme drop. It's like 0.5", and from what everyone has said on here, stock shocks can be used with them. I'll post pics when all is said and done. You can then see the monster you helped create. Thanks again!!!

Don't know if the car will be jacked up . You do not mention tires.

David,

I don't know much about tires, but you and terrasmak seem theist knowledgable and he said to get:

245/35-19 front
275/35-19 rear

So - I figure that's what I'll do. I saw another thread on here about the TCS kicking in if you get the wrong profile tire??? I guess the guy had 275/30 in the rear and his TCS kept kicking in. So hopefully that's not the case with the 35's

THe problem is not TCS but VDC. Since you do not have VDC no worry.

275/35-19 rear: Actual speed 100.0 MPH. Speedometer will read 98.77 MPH. This is acceptable.

That's 1" taller than the stock 245/45/18. I wouldn't run a tire that tall.
