I thought I was the only one with that idea. I think it would look great. How would you get the center gunmetal? Could it just be powder coated?

This is probably a really stupid question but can the dimples on the face of the wheels be filled in?

With the filling and the polishing and the powder coat, do you realize how much money your talking here? And you still have 8 X 8.5 inch wheels. The Tracks are made by Rays, Nismos are made by Rays, and the Volks are made by Rays. Manufacturing technique and Quality is the same. Get Nismos, five spokes, wider, and they already have all the things you want. No holes on the spokes and a polished lip.

Well, I've followed you around enough through these threads. See ya later.

The money isn't the issue. I'm trying to be a little different. I love the Volk wheels but unfortunately so does everyone else. Thanks for all your input lou, I actually am listening.

Different is great, I like that too. But spending wisely is better. If you want a new wheel, and money isn't the object, get something that will add performance and look good doing it. Wider wheels with wider tires will look better than the Tracks. From the rear the look is awesome with a 275/40 tire on a properly sized rim, and they perform better. The understeer will go away. Until you've driven one with this setup, you can't appreciate the difference.
