Default I want new wheels(on a budget)Need input

I am wondering what offsets will work the best. I am selling the 35th anniversary wheels that are on my car now but I want to us the tires that are currently on the wheels. The wheels I am looking at are the MB Weapons. Here are the specs and will they work?

18x9's with either a 38 or 45 offset??

Tires are front-225/45/18 rear-245/45/18 Will the 225/45/18 work with a 18x9?

The car is PPW and the wheels will be bronze. What do you think?

dont know about offsets. those tires will be a normal fit could even go to to a 225/40/18 or do 225/ 35/ 18 and live on life on the edge like me when i get some 18x9.5s. and i like gold wheels on white cars best, cant picture bronze, could look cool.

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

For wheel-tire width see: http://www.tiresandco.ca/equivalency-tables-advice.html

Those offsets will look good on a Honda BRO. You need to look at some set ups floAting around here in the forums.

Offset should be in the 20's or lower is possible and try to get a wider rear wheel.

18x9.5 & 18x10.5 is what most run around here..

Please don't try to help.

OP, look for the 18x9 +15 in that wheel. Then its just a metter of what color you think looks better. IMO , Bronze will look best on PPW.

Nice! Car looks super clean!! Discount tire does not have that offset in those wheels. They are really cheap there $570 shipped to my door. Does anyone know of a good place to get the 18x9 +15? Thanks

contact Import image in the vendor section. they are local(cape coral). Marketplace is best. Also cruise on over to zilvia.net wheels section. The battles are popular over there.

Do the 9.5 +15 and you will be much happier.
