Necessary to get fender "rolled"????
Noob here..
I want to go with 19" Varrstoen wheels. I care mostly about looks but don't want wheel well rub obviously..
I am told that I should do a 245 tire 9.5wheel front and a 275 10.5 rear.
PROBLEM.
They are telling me that I need to get the fender rolled. I don't want to.
QUESTION
What is my best option for maintaning a clean flush look WITHOUT having to alter the body??
thanks!

rolling the fender doesnt REALLY alter the body.. a pull on the other hand will... but thats just how i see it i guess...
+22 ish with a good tire size (not a tire expert) should be fine?

Those are the correct tire sizes for 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 wheels. Assuming the Varrstoen wheels are TE37 replicas then I think they should have the same +22 offset that is common with authentic TE37's. If you are within OEM camber specs you shouldn't have any rubbing issues with a 275/35/19 tire on the +22 offset wheels. It will be close, and may even depend on the tire brand (not all tires of a given size are created equally), but it should not rub. If you are lowered and have more negative camber you should have no worries.
EDIT: You won't be able to get "hella flush" without modifying your fenders, but you should be able to get tastefully "sorta flush" with the setup you are describing.

Dont run 275 unless you on a 12-12.5 inch wheel. For a 10.5 run a 245/35 then you dont have to worry about rubbing. But if your trying to be in the flush crowd roll them bitches, dun b scurd fanboi. Rull and pull them. They're replaceable anyways....

+22 offset for 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 tires wrapped in 247/275.
With this set up, you'll be "sorta flush".
But I will tell you this from my own experience...
Roll those fenders. Get +12 offset with the 245/275 tires.
The offset isn't too aggressive and neither is the MILD tire stretch.
You will not be disappointed.
This is the set up I have on my Z.

A PROPER fender roll will not even be visible unless someone puts their head in your wheel well. Get your fenders rolled! Don't let some moron with a baseball bat do it... Get it done right, and your car will look the exact same as it does today, but without rubbing.
No you dont have to have the fender rolled. I am running those size wheels and tires on my z now and have no problem with them. They give a good clean look. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
Why are people scared to roll, if done properly know one will know. Actually people will know , because you can run the tires to the edge of the fender instead of sunken in.
I mean youd think but nah. Thats way to small.. i dont even think hellaflush crowd stretch that far.. i ran a 275 on a 9.5 inch semi fat here:

Kinda hard to tell, but you can see it certainly doesnt stick out over the wheel lip etc...
heres my new 12 inch wheel ...and 305s are even stretched as hell.

Here you can REALLY see it where the suns hitting the bottom edge...

I went ahead and ordered 325s to fix this horrid skinny look but OP.. theres a post up here stating its a great tire size and offers offset advice as well.. thats far more than most ppl get on these posts.. jump on it, and check out rimtuck.com to research the look and the numbers/fitment you like.
Its up to you.
This is horrible advice. You don't even mention a wheel offset. Wheels with a 10.5" diameter should have a tire that is 275-295 in width, not 2" less.
I laughed out loud so hard ^. It's not even that funny, but whatever.
But ask yourself these questions...
Why not roll the fender?
Are you worried about cracking? paint chipping?
Do you want to be hellaflush?
Do you want to be slammed? or slightly lowered?
OP. These are my fronts and rears with the set up I stated earlier.
19x10.5 and 19x9.5 +12 all around in 245/275 tires.
IMHMFO, this is a good set up.

going to get them rolled. initially, i was concerned about body damage. i really did not know much about the process (the fact that it is done underneath and out of sight to add room to the wheel well). i was under the impresstion that it affected the exterior, an quite possibly the paint.
i will go with the set up mentioned in the OP...
hope it works..
